Check directly from your app why a reimbursement request was refused.

💡 A reimbursement request can be refused for various reasons: you have reached your ambulatory limit, the care has already been reimbursed, or the type of care submitted is not covered.

👉 To find out why your request was not accepted, follow these steps:

  • Go to the home page of your Alan app

  • Click on the care in question under the "Care" tab

👉 On the next screen, you will see a cost breakdown:

  • In the "Out of pocket" section, click on "View Details"

  • Check the refusal reason under "Comment"
