💡 Some practitioners don’t hand out paper invoices anymore, yet Alan will usually ask for this document to be able to calculate your reimbursement for the consultation. What should you do?
In this case, you have two options ⤵️
Ask the doctor to provide a note anyway (preferably a digital one, sent to your e-mail, or via an online platform if your doctor uses one)
OR send us the overview of reimbursement from your health insurance fund (mutuality). Make sure any supplements (additional costs) are mentioned.
It may take a while before you receive the overview from your mutuality, but that's not a problem for us 👍
📄 The document you send us must contain the following information:
the name of the patient
the name (and INAMI number) of your doctor
the price paid
the codes billed
the date of the consultation
📥 You can upload the documents in the app following these steps :

‘Invoice’
