๐ก A reimbursement request can be refused for various reasons: you have reached your ambulatory limit, the care has already been reimbursed, or the type of care submitted is not covered.
๐ To find out why your request was not accepted, follow these steps:
Go to the home page of your Alan app
Click on the care in question under the "Care" tab
