Check directly from your app why a reimbursement request was refused.

๐Ÿ’ก A reimbursement request can be refused for various reasons: you have reached your ambulatory limit, the care has already been reimbursed, or the type of care submitted is not covered.

๐Ÿ‘‰ To find out why your request was not accepted, follow these steps:

  • Go to the home page of your Alan app

  • Click on the care in question under the "Care" tab

๐Ÿ‘‰ On the next screen, you will see a cost breakdown:

  • In the "Out of pocket" section, click on "View Details"

  • Check the refusal reason under "Comment"
