What's a mutuality advantage? π‘
Mutuality advantages are additional benefits or reimbursements that you receive from your mutuality, beyond their legal health insurance reimbursements.

βSo even if you didn't explicitly ask for an extra insurance with them, you'll still receive these advantages, simply for being affiliated with them. Cool, right? π
π This is why we need a reimbursement overview of your mutuality.
In case you haven't requested a reimbursement from them, we highly suggest you to do this. We reimburse 80% of the amount that remains after intervention of the mutuality. Your total out-of-pocket costs will be lower if you request both reimbursements.

What do you need to do?

Send your invoice to your mutuality & wait for their reimbursement.
Download the reimbursement overview from the online portal of your mutuality.

Contact them to request a letter of refusal.
