You can easily add family members to your coverage by:
Selecting your profile icon at the top left-hand corner of the app
Selecting the "Insurance" tab
Clicking on "Add a beneficiary"
Conditions for affiliation ⤵️
A partner: needs to be living under the same roof as you 🏡
A child: needs to be fiscally dependent on you or your partner 🔗
❗ Once added, each dependent will be covered for a minimum of 1 year.
💡 If your employer doesn’t cover your dependents, the premiums for their coverage will be deducted from your salary. These premiums can be viewed after clicking on "Add a beneficiary"
🚨 Some companies use a third-party system (e.g. Assusoft) to manage employees and dependents affiliation to Alan. If you are unable to add family members, check-in with your HR Admin or contact us via the chat in your app!
