đĄ Your request can be blocked for several reasons. Most often it happens when we are missing a document, or extra details about the care you received.
You can unblock your request by following the steps below —ïž
Click on the corresponding đ« blocked reimbursement under âBlocked reimbursementsâ on the Reimburse page of the app.
Check the reason under âWhy is your reimbursement blockedâ (e.g. We need a more detailed invoice to calculate your reimbursement)
Add the requested document(s) under âUpload new documentsâ and/or the requested information by text in the dedicated field, and click on âSend documents!â
Once the new documents have been sent, you can relax, as we take over. Your updated request will usually be reviewed within the next 72 hours đ
