You can request a reimbursement by uploading your invoices in the Alan app, simply follow the steps below —ïž
Select the 'Reimburse' tab
Click on âGet Reimbursedâ
Select the care type
Click on âInvoiceâ
Take a photo, or select a photo/file, and add extra pages if needed
Click on âConfirmâ
Add a prescription (if required)
Click on âSend documentsâ
Once your documents have been sent, you can relax, as we take over. Approved requests are usually reimbursed within the next 72 hours đ
