How to request a reimbursement?

Request a reimbursement directly from your Alan app.

You can request a reimbursement by uploading your invoices in the Alan app, simply follow the steps below ⤵️

  • Go to the home page of your app

  • Click on ‘Get Reimbursed’

  • Select the care type

  • Click on ‘Invoice’

  • Take a photo, or select a photo/file, and add extra pages if needed

  • Click on ‘Confirm’

  • Add a prescription (if required)

  • Click on ‘Send documents’

Once your documents have been sent, you can relax, as we take over. Approved requests are usually reimbursed within the next 72 hours 🚀
